All of Pat's organic content in one place — what reaches, what converts to followers, what feeds the email list, and whether the week's planned outputs actually shipped. Powered by X/Twitter (quarterly baseline) and Instagram (live since Sep 4); TikTok and YouTube sections light up as their exports arrive.

X from the daily account-overview export; Instagram from per-post lifetime stats attributed to publish date (each platform's own reach metric — not summed across platforms). TikTok and YouTube fill in when their exports arrive.
The dashboard ingests each platform's native analytics export (drop them into content-data/). The weekly checklist compares published output against the cadence defined in content-data/CONTENT-CADENCE.md.

Replies excluded (80 of 373 posts) so the trend reflects standalone content. Spring baseline was ~35–45K impressions per post. The green weeks are the late-May viral run. The last month is the story: reach per post has fallen to roughly half the spring baseline, and last week hit its lowest point of the quarter.
The quarter's data splits cleanly into three content jobs:
| Content Type | Example | Typical Reach | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal story / stakes | Capitol story | Varies wildly | Converts followers at 10–50x the rate of anything else. Rare, high-variance, highest value. |
| Hot-take observation | Big families, "I hate men" red flag | 300K–3M | Massive awareness, weak conversion. Feeds the top of the funnel. |
| Tactical teaching | Assumed Rapport, hypergamy mechanics | 10K–100K | Bookmarks and profile visits — the audience that eventually joins the list. Best source material for emails. |
The email report flagged Twitter opt-ins collapsing (47 → 24 → 0 per week). This data shows why — it's upstream, not the opt-in page:
| Week | Impressions | Profile Visits | URL Clicks | Email Opt-ins (list data) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jun 15 | 1.55M | 2,290 | 151 | ~47 |
| Jun 22 | 1.09M | 2,000 | 838 | ~24 |
| Jun 29 | 627K | 1,196 | 105 | ~3 |
| Jul 6 | 326K | 764 | 2 | 0 |
First export: Jun 6 – Sep 3, 33 posts (27 reels, 3 carousels, 3 images) on @pat.stedman. The real push started Aug 17 — before that, 3 posts in ten weeks. Totals since: 53.3K views, 159 follows, 830 saves. Median reel: ~790 views, so this is a from-scratch account being fed properly for the first time.
Source. X/Twitter account analytics content export (`twitter-data/` in the repo), Apr 13 – Jul 11, 2026. 373 posts: 293 originals, 80 replies.
Reach trend uses average impressions per original post (replies excluded) so weeks with heavy reply activity aren't unfairly dragged down.
Engagement rate = engagements ÷ impressions. The quarterly 3.0% average is inflated by the viral weeks; the typical non-viral week runs 2.3–3.9%.
Email opt-in cross-reference comes from the weekly BerserkerMail list snapshots (Twitter Organic Opt-In tag counts), same source as the Email Performance Analysis page.
