All of Pat's organic content in one place — what reaches, what converts to followers, what feeds the email list, and whether the week's planned outputs actually shipped. All five platforms are live: X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
| Platform | Last Week | Last 30 Days | Follows (Wk / 30d) |
|---|---|---|---|
| X/Twitter — impressions | 2.20M | 10.62M | 117 / 633 |
| YouTube — views | 5.0K | 18.4K | — / — |
| Instagram — views | no export | 51.4K† | — / 156† |
| TikTok — views | 2.9K | 4.5K | — / — |
| Facebook — views | 1.6K | 8.2K | — / — |
Each platform's own reach metric — not summed across platforms. X now uses the per-post export (post impressions and post-attributed follows; account-level follows run higher since many come via profile). Instagram data ends Sep 3 (†partial window, no export this week). TikTok/Facebook/YouTube from lifetime stats attributed to publish date; TikTok's snapshot export may not list every post.
The dashboard ingests each platform's native analytics export (drop them into content-data/). The weekly checklist compares published output against the cadence defined in content-data/CONTENT-CADENCE.md.

Replies excluded (218 of 730 posts in the current export) so the trend reflects standalone content. Series refreshed Sep 11 from the Jun 14 – Sep 11 per-post export — small differences vs the spring chart's method are expected where windows overlap. The July "reach collapse" fully reversed: per-post reach has held 35–50K+ since mid-July at 3–5× the post volume of the trough weeks.
The quarter's data splits cleanly into three content jobs:
| Content Type | Example | Typical Reach | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal story / stakes | Capitol story | Varies wildly | Converts followers at 10–50x the rate of anything else. Rare, high-variance, highest value. |
| Hot-take observation | Big families, "I hate men" red flag | 300K–3M | Massive awareness, weak conversion. Feeds the top of the funnel. |
| Tactical teaching | Assumed Rapport, hypergamy mechanics | 10K–100K | Bookmarks and profile visits — the audience that eventually joins the list. Best source material for emails. |
The email report flagged Twitter opt-ins collapsing (47 → 24 → 0 per week). This data shows why — it's upstream, not the opt-in page:
| Week | Impressions | URL Clicks (all) | Email-CTA Clicks | Twitter Opt-ins (tagged) | Opt-in Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jun 15 | 1.55M | 297 | 95 | ~47 | —† |
| Jun 22 | 1.09M | 821 | 55 | ~24 | —† |

Data through Sep 3 — no new IG export this week (Sep 11); this section refreshes when one lands. First export: Jun 6 – Sep 3, 33 posts (27 reels, 3 carousels, 3 images) on @pat.stedman. The real push started Aug 17 — before that, 3 posts in ten weeks. Totals since: 53.3K views, 159 follows, 830 saves. Median reel: ~790 views, so this is a from-scratch account being fed properly for the first time.
First export (snapshot Sep 11): the @patstedmandating account restarted posting Sep 2 after a long dormancy — 7 new videos through Sep 7, all in the 300–800 view band (4.5K views total). The export also surfaces the legacy 2022–23 top posts, and they're the interesting part: the "guy best friend" warning listicle did 246K views / 1,391 shares, love languages 47K, the "clingy" how-to 20K. Same lesson as X and IG: the account's proven winners are value-dense save-and-share teaching, while the new push is one-liner hot takes — the weakest-converting register on every platform we track. Cadence: 4 of 7 target videos in the Sep 4–10 week (per this export; TikTok's snapshot format may not list every post — treat the count as a floor).
First export: Aug 14 – Sep 10, the "Pat Stedman" page. Two very different post types. Crossposted IG reels earn a real second audience for zero extra work — 20 reels, ~8.2K views, topped by the AOC egg-freezing reel (1,167 views), "not a good wife" (1,101), and the Clancy abortion reel (989) — the same winners as everywhere else. Meanwhile the 13 text/photo posts (mostly link-in-bio CTAs) reached almost nobody: 43 views combined, 0–6 each. The page has no feed distribution — keep crossposting reels, stop writing CTA text posts for it until the page has an audience.
First export (through Sep 10). The shorts push started Aug 17: 37 uploads since Aug 1 (roughly 2/day — shorts plus the podcast episodes), and channel views went from ~1.7K per 30 days to 18.4K in the last 30 (5.0K last week) — a 10× step. Top recent videos: the AOC breakup video (1,437 views), "Quick Tells of a Terrible Person" (1,302), "The Twisted Reason…" (1,207), and the Clancy cluster again ("…Changed My Mind on Abortion" 1,039). Subscriber attribution per video is still tiny (0–3 each) — at this size the job is volume and finding the repeatable formats; conversion analysis becomes meaningful once videos regularly clear a few thousand views. Cadence: 10 of 14 target shorts in the Sep 4–10 week, plus podcast Ep. 98.
Source. X/Twitter account analytics content export (`twitter-data/` in the repo), Apr 13 – Jul 11, 2026. 373 posts: 293 originals, 80 replies.
Reach trend uses average impressions per original post (replies excluded) so weeks with heavy reply activity aren't unfairly dragged down.
Engagement rate = engagements ÷ impressions. The quarterly 3.0% average is inflated by the viral weeks; the typical non-viral week runs 2.3–3.9%.
Email opt-in cross-reference comes from the weekly BerserkerMail list snapshots (Twitter Organic Opt-In tag counts), same source as the Email Performance Analysis page.
